Bangkok Protest

So we know we are supposed to avoid these sites but we just keep finding ourselves there. One second you are in a huge shopping mall and the next you are in the middle of the protest! It's so peaceful though we didn't even realise it was a protest site to start with.

People are all just sitting around listening to speakers on a stage. It is even a really nice atmosphere. People are friendly and smile as they search your bags before letting you in. They all sit on the ground while leaving clear walkways so people can cross from one shopping mall to the other. The sites are the main roads that are now all closed and lined with stalls selling food and even T-shirts! It is almost like going to a proper organised event like a concert.
