NOW WHAT?

I am intrigued by the fact that the two frigates are moored side by side even though the harbour is relatively empty. I see men leaning over the railings chatting to the crew on the adjacent frigate. There seems to be quite a few vans with provisions on the quay.
Earlier this morning there was a small boat in the bay with a large group of fishermen. Nearby the water was dotted with gulls and cormorants. A shoal of yellow tail?
Our balcony looks over the bay and we are entertained by all the activity.
