Halong Boat

Weather was no better today. Up early to see a cave which would have been really good but it was so busy. Hundreds of people there as all the boats arrive at the same time.

After that we just killed time on the boat until it was time to head back. Very glad we've seen Halong Bay as it is stunning, even in the rain. But the trip itself is mostly hanging about, driving and looking at the 100's of other boats there!

This was our boat. We paid a bit more for a 'Luxury' trip! Dread to think what the budget option would have been! To be fair thought the staff were lovely and our cabin was lovely and warm. Just not the fanciest boat I've ever seen!
