After a 6.30pm bedtime last night, Katie was awake, lively, happy at 6am. We had snuggles, tickles and lots of stories in bed for a little while before she had a nice play in the bath - combining ballet and party hair for the weekend had been very beautiful, but quite heavy on the gel spray! When she got dressed, she wanted pretty hair but with only 2 clips, no bobbles, so little plaits clipped back was the best we could do. I liked it though as it meant she could still have the pretty post-bath curls.
