Feeling the Cold

We are having strong winds and heavy showers, with sunny spells in between today. They are saying that snow may fall as low as 400m over night. My poor Hydrangea is getting a battering about. This year it has given me lots of wonderful big pink blooms and has been looking so beautiful. This weather which is hailing, just now isn't good for them.

I hope we get away tomorrow on our holiday and not snowed in! Not sure when we well stay tomorrow but we have booked at Queenstown for the weekend.
