An Offer I Couldn't Refuse

I'd ordered a set of Forstner drill bits from a company I buy a lot of my tools from. Their products are usually good quality at a reasonable price -- and this item was heavily discounted -- but the drills weren't very sharp.

I contacted the company customer service department via "live chat" and said I wasn't satisfied and wanted to return them. I was told that the shipping cost would be too high, so they will give me a full refund and I get to keep the drills.

Using small diamond-coated files I've touched up the cutting edges on a few of the larger bits and they cut a nice clean hole. It's a bit tricky, but worth the effort.
