Marmalade

Trying to find something to do with the 68 oranges I thought we could make them into marmalade. The recipes gave the impression that it was a lot of time and effort with little resulting product.

Therefore it was decided to ust the Smucker's Recipe and just eat the biggest and best oranges.

Also today we made a refundable deposit on the Casita at Desert Springs. This gives us the right of first refusal should another prospect surface.
