Bun in The Oven

My niece is now in her third trimester and looking forward to her delivery at the Serenity Midwifery Birth Center, which sounds like an amazing place to have your baby - midwife led, with birth pools, aromatherapy, music, a double bed for after delivery, yet with the reassuring nearness of a hospital right next door. Sounds like the best of both worlds! I hope to be able to give her a prenatal massage at some point this week before I head back home.

Mum continues to improve and we'll hopefully hear some definitive plans for her rehabilitation tomorrow after the consultant has seen her.
