I wish I could cook....

I can't cook.

I bake sort of fairly well.....sometimes.

But I can't cook. Sometimes I wonder how it can possibly be hard but I look around at the people around me who are fantastic cooks and it's all about instinct. Oddly I have that when I'm baking - I know pretty much how much of everything to pop in and what to add to make it taste nice. But if I were to make a proper dinner....it would probably not work out so well. ;)
