Party-Going

Uh uh!
We were informed it was a 60th birthday party. WRONG! (he was 67 in January)

We didn't know it was themed 'Polka Dot'.
Luckily, to blend in with all the other polka-dotted guests I quickly took a spare hankie from Donald.
Well, when have we ever known him to go anywhere without his spotted kerchiefs dangling from some pocket or another.
So mine was ornately worn as a choker around my neck (some people wish they could choke me round the neck I expect) and Donald left his in it's normal state. Luke was the outsider with no spots or dots or what-nots but no-one minded 'cos they were such a fun-loving and very warm bunch.
Thank you so very much Lawrie for a great evening with all your friends and family; and Sandy Brechin, Ronan Martin and Andy Mill for the best music you could wish for and the wonderful poetry that streams from the great Donald Ker.
