Lesson of the day

Drinking from a water bottle while on a bike. It's not as easy as it looks even when your bike is on a turbo as we didn't get outside for a ride this morning. Poor form but we've been flat out recently and both of us were feeling a bit under the weather. However, with a charity ride in a few weeks I couldn't get away with not riding at all so I've done a couple of gentle-ish spins on this.

Other than that the day has consisted of catching up on some sleep thankfully, a smidgen of Oz planning and then packing to send K off to Hamburg mid afternoon. Boo.

Weekends are definitely too short.
