Discovering new veggies

I'm grateful to the Nature always, most of all in days like this, when you discover a world beyond carrots and broccoli!!!!! Ok, I thought I had travelled a lot, but I wasn't.

This guy is a Romanescu (in Spanish; any idea about its name in English?) and it looks like coming from another planet... Reminds me to 'Mars attacks!' :)
