day 2.....

.......and everything is even more awesome!

Stayed overnight (in a four-poster bed!!) at the utterly fabulous Dalmunzie Castle. The food was excellent, the service, friendliness and bend-over-backward-ness of the staff was out of this world and the company of my close friends was best of all.

Overnight the snow fell and we woke up to a winter wonderland outside our windows. After and lovely breakfast and bacon sandwiches for a packed brunch we headed back up the mountain to stunning mists and occasional blue skies and fresh powdery snow........

.......the soul has been well and truly satisfied!
