Day 21: Power Up
Sunday is the most important day of the week. It's the day I do no training; the day I recover from the accumulated stress of the week's sessions; and the day to let my body and mind get ready for the next week of training. More importantly it is the day I get to spend with my family, chilling out, laughing, eating and appreciating the time we spend together without thinking about when I'm going to fit in some training.
Today was also the day to replace the batteries on my wee man's mobile. A regular task I would imagine, as about half his toys appear to be battery powered as well.
