Dandelion and burdock dip

Yes you read that right - dandelion and burdock dip!! Went to the harvester for tea after another long day at work, saw it on the menu and couldn't resist trying it.

Going to try and go back to the gym tomorrow after suffering for three weeks with a bad head from concussion! Think it's gonna be a killer in the morning - is this a good idea before a long day teaching??
