Manny is Not a Doll.

This boy loves Handy Manny. Manny fits in with what I refer to as the three T's: trucks, trains, and tools. These have been the staple of Q's interests. Now, rescuing and emergencies have eclipsed even the three T's, but Q will still put a pencil behind his ear and get out his wooden toy tools to fix things.

Q often corrects us if we say something like, "Go get your Manny doll." He tells us that Manny is not a doll. I think he would like us to say "toy" instead. Interesting.

I like this picture because this is a pretty common expression that Q displays. Kind of his cheesy smile, I suppose. It also shows the "I Spy" quilt that one of M's former co-workers, Bev, made when G was born. I can still find things that I can't remember ever seeing before.
