Skin peppers

Skin almonds
Sliver almonds
Combine peppers, almonds, garlic, sherry vinegar, honey and parsley
Shower and change
Take Jasper to the Mas
Go to bbq
Return to Mas
Walk Jasper home just about before dark

Recipe:
8 red peppers, cut into quarters
olive oil
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
25g flaked almonds
2 tbspn clear honey
2 tbspn sherry vinegar
chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Place peppers, skin side up, under grill until charred.
Transfer to a plastic bag and leave until cool enough to peel away the skins.
Chop flesh into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl.
Heat oil in heavy frying pan and cook garlic over a low heat until golden.
Stir in almonds, honey and vinegar and pour mixture over peppers.
Add parsley and seasoning and mix well.
Serve at room temperature.
