What a waste

Rubislaw Terrace Gardens - as usual completely deserted on a lovely spring day apart from one dog walker admiring the vandalised fountain ( that doesn't work).
Last year a local man applied to put a posh coffee type outlet in the park - along the lines of what you find in Princess Street Gardens. The council ( as is there way) did not allow his application which is a great shame in my opinion . Its a lovely spot and deserves to be better frequented.
