St David's day +1!

I have just started my Blipp journey - my plan was to start with a photo of the Welsh flag for St David's day - what a change in the weather from recent weeks... A bright beautiful first day of spring so little wind the flag failed to billow in the wind...today the return of the wind an drain so the flag is well and truly billowing making it difficult to capture.. .. My first attempt at uploading!
