Easy Sunday Ride...it was not!

Got up early today and drove down to an area near Crawley to go for a ride. A guy at work recommended this place to me and used the words 'it's great fun', so obviously I had to give it a go. After an hour of hard cycling through boggy grout and started to lose hope and decided to try and get back to the car.

Whilst struggling up a hill I came across a couple of man made jumps, so I gave them a go...and the fun started :). I played on these for maybe an hour, surrounded by woodland, it was bliss! I even made the 20min trip back to the car to retrieve my camera to try and take some shots. Being on my own, this was the best I got.

I can now relax knowing I've done some exercise. Hope you're all having a good Sunday too.
