Top of the world

Today i went to Innerleven which is one of the seven stanes mountain bike trails. Good fun as you can see the snow was still there at the top a good 200 feet below. Only one crash and no injury!!! Bonus. Even though i have stopped smoking my fitness level is still poor so more miles needed.
