Trent Head. The best thing about rowing events (apart from the competing), is the copious amount of buns. And that feeling that you have done enough in terms of racing to justify eating lots of them! Really pleased with my own row today - 6k flat out and felt comfortable - but a steering cock up on the VIII meant stroke side got to row light for most of it and bow side had to rock out the guns all the way to the finish. Knackering. But a promising first 2.5km!
