Farewells

1 sleep to go.

So, today I left my retreat up in the hills and came back down to earth.

JL helped me to move the big bits and she took Cousteau away for the night.

BB was quite emotional as we hugged and left each other with promises of cups of tea and chats in our new homes.

I went round to B's parents' place for tea and offloaded all my bits and bobs into their garage. They fed me, we talked, we laughed. I spoke to my parents, which was good. Late to bed and more midnight chats with my room mate for the night.

My car failed its WOF (MOT) and B's Dad promised to take it into town for new tyres in the morning. Wonderfully kind and generous people. Something I'd like to aspire to.

Anyway, this Lily caught my eye.

It's for BB. It's for me. End of an era, Beginning of a new and exciting one.

But especially it's for my niece, E. I hope you like it Sweetheart.
