The Forth and Clyde canal this time. Nice crisp day with an hour to kill after my speed-dating, male-bonding, laff-a-minute... Weekend. Funny texts from the scoffing friends at home also!!!!

Down to mess about on the canal for some fresh air, or I'd be falling asleep....
