Perspective: Under the 3rd St Bridge

This month's theme for my camera club is perspective. I went to the city, Saint Paul, where I thought I could find good subjects for the theme. I stumbled across this view unexpectedly.

I was so darn cold that I could only stay out for a few minutes. Mother Nature should be ashamed. Minus two degrees F. in March?
