New faces

A welcome on board party for a new guy, James B. He's a good lad, ex-Navy, and very capable. I'm training him.

We've had a huge turn-over of pilots over the last couple of years which has been unsettling. I am one of the old hands now which feels really odd. But it's true. I am one of the most experienced pilots here and I am a trainer - which just seems mad as I still feel like I am the new guy!
