Spring

I was the controller of a local orienteering event on Corstorphine Hill today. It was a beautiful spring day and I took these photos whilst putting out controls and checking that they were in the correct place. It was positively warm in the sun, but by late afternoon as the clouds came in from the west a great deal cooler. It is wet now in the late evening. The colours of the snowdrops, broom and rhododendrons give a good start to March.
