A weighty problem

A very busy day today - up at 7am (very reluctantly) and off to get my hair cut, shopping and then over to my parents as normal.

I decided I would bring home some of my home gym equipment, as I really feel the need to get back into shape. So tonight I brought home my dumbells, weights, barbell, barbell bench and some bits and bobs.

The full set of weights total 67kgs - I was wondering how long it will take me to be able to bench press them all again :D

I thought the weights, being cast iron, would lend themselves nicely to a fairly gritty processing treatment; I added a high structure layer to the weights via a Silver Efex layer, before a levels adjustment over the whole image.
