I emptied my wallet near a Starship Trooper!

We just happened to pop into The Photographic Show at the NEC. We hadn't intended to, we had planned to go somewhere far more culturally uplifting.
You may remember my water based photographic tragedy of recent months which left me somewhat less well equipped than previously?
Well, suffice it to say that Canon in general and several retailers in particular are now much wealthier and I am much poorer!

Not quite sure what the starship troopers were about but they made excellent subjects.
Will catch up with looking at your lovely photographs soon - must away now to the pool, followed by a nice glass of chilled white wine! Enough gloating? Ok, I'm gone!
