Springtime in The City

With the sun splitting the sky and all the al fresco eating & drinking it could almost be the first day of spring in The West End of Glasgow?

The cobbled Aston Lane always feels a wee bit continental and today was no exception as the tourists and locals promenaded along. It still was a bit chilly although it was nice to feel a wee bit of warmth from the sun for a change.

Most of the buildings in the lane were originally stables and 'The Chp' was no exception. It was originally built to house the horses of a local undertaker.

It's is now one of the trendiest bars and restaurants in The West End.
