The Great Scottish Tapestry

Down to the Art Gallery this morning to see the Great Scottish Tapestry - 160 panels taking you through key stories from the nations history . Clearly not a wee job - 1000 stitchers were employed across the country undertaking 60 00o hours of stitching .
Can't say tapestry has ever been one of my passions but this is display is absolutely fantastic and will definitely be back for another look. If nothing else its a fantastic record of our history and an outstanding piece or artwork .
