Going nowhere fast

Got, up ran 20 miles (eventually), popped into Up & Running to talk running and pain, popped by Phil & Bridget's for a cup of tea (went wild and had one sugar). Chatted to B&J for a minute and made my exit before I started to hum. Home for a bath (post football with Son #1 - we left a huge tide mark) and then the shower I actually wanted. Sausage and mushroom sandwich for lunch, cup of tea and then a lie on the bed (because it has lovely afternoon sun of course) and some reading. A great day so far especially given I was in a miserable hole yesterday afternoon (for no obvious reason).
