Beach walk

Another friend who has arrived back in Melbourne was also keen to see penguins, so we met after work, headed to Port Melbourne, had some fish and chips further south by the beach and then strolled down to St Kilda for the penguin arrival. This time we got to see the little guys actually arrive, along with some huge water rats. Unfortunately I didn't have my SLR, and it was impossible to get a photo with my phone, but I did get some of the great sunset.

Also today for the first time in weeks I was able to bend my back backwards without pain in the morning. It got worse again during the day, but I'm still calling it a win.
