A day spent surrounded by some of those who are most important to me.

I was spoiled and able to spend time with some is my closest friends today, sans kids, sans interruptions, just time to chat. And listen. It's therapeutic really and I am so fortunate to have them all in my life.

And when I came home, I went into the kids rooms to give them one last kiss.

And this is what I found.

And I couldn't walk away without capturing it.

Feeling fortunate.
