Happy Birthday
For my birthday, my husband made Ginger Citrus Chicken in the dutch oven. For me, anything made with the infusion cooking method found in the "Glorious One Pot Meals" cookbook is wonderful. For dessert, he served up these Double Dark Chocolate Gelato bars. Decidedly decadent, I must say. I am a huge dark chocolate fan and even I had to admit it was almost too much. Hope my wish comes true!
