Expectant Parking

I was sitting in the car waiting for my mother to come out of the grocery store and was parked next to an "expectant mother" parking space. In the time I was waiting (my mother is slow) I watched four people park in the space, none expecting a baby. The postman was indeed a male and in his mid to late 50s. I then saw a women who was pushing 75. (I will cut her a break due to her age) the next one was a women my age, early 40s and clearly not pregnant. The last was a teenage boy, again not in need of the spot. Clearly, these people were lazy and felt entitled to park in the spot despite how very silly I think the whole idea of the spot is.
