A Mixed Day

Hamish: this morning S left me in the cage while she went into Edinburgh to meet someone about some work. The picture of a train was taken at Edinburgh Waverley as S says she always gets homesick when she sees one of these trains. After the meeting she wandered around John Lewis and took a picture of the wool. As she list her purse the other day she still doesn't have any money
Then she took the photo of Lammerlaw about a mile from the house. As you can see it was beautifully sunny today. Then we did the last section of the Pencaitland Railway Walk. There were lots of memorials to old pits along the line.
We saw the Northern Lights Last night. Spectacular.
