Still easing myself back into running so time to pause for photos on my run today! This was such a beautiful day I took a lot of shots (added a few to Flickr)! This was view upstream from Nether Bridge.

Bit worried that I will not be very fit for our TeamHonk charity event in 2 weeks or the Sport Relief 6 mile event I've signed up for in 3 weeks!
