Bikes And Brollies !

What a difference a day makes. I took this rainy day scene in St Andrews St, while I was waiting for a friend this morning to go to the Arts cinema and see 'The Book Thief.' We had a nice egg, bacon and sausage bap with coffee to warm us up before going in to enjoy the film. She cried a bit, but I gritted my teeth as it was emotional in places. The bicycles locked up high on the railings of Emmanuel College are put there to prevent anybody stamping on the wheels in order to buckle them, something that unfortunately happens in Cambridge.
