I'm sticking a picture on partly because I've not done a blip in a while, but mainly as I was playing with my camera on my lunch break.
We're often quick to complain when we get disappointing service, but perhaps don't always give credit for good.
If you take an interest in the stuff in italics at the bottom, you may notice I've got a new camera (The money I have left over is pictured above).
This meant I needed a firmware update on my Sigma lenses to make them fully compatible.
I sent off the lenses to Sigma who did the update free of charge (even though one of the lenses turns out to be a grey import & therefore not covered by Sigma UK), & returned them within a week.
I think that's pretty good going, so well done to Sigma!
