Managed to get myself up in time for another early morning lecture before packing up all my stuff and moving for the third and, hopefully last, time. So spent most of the day organising my room, food shopping etc. Before going out for a celebratory cocktail with my Edinburgh friend in Brera. We went to one pretty standard cocktail bar before this place, which does the most incredible cocktails I've ever seen. The menus are on kindles and include cocktails which make use of spherification and dry ice, as well as some which involve cheese... Not entirely sure what that brings to a cocktail but there were several. After marvelling at some of the cocktail pictures and wondering why on earth anyone would mix cheese with alcohol, I went for the Tiki. Which was not only in the most impressive cocktail glass (if you can really call it a glass) I've ever been presented with, but it was also flaming. Worth every cent of the 12 euros!
