Illegal Move.

Someone has done a bad thing to the biscuit box.

The top layer must be finished before the bottom layer is begun. This is the law.

Someone has got bored of the remaining biscuits in the top layer, dug down to the bottom layer to grab the trophy biscuits....

....then dumped the remaining upper layer dross on top of the new bottom layer.

This is considered an illegal move within the realms of the biscuit tin,


....and I know who did it!
