A bit of a suntrap......

......some soaking up of the rays action in Cullercoats harbour.....lovely morning, no sign of the forecast snow.....yet......

Out patients report from yesterday: Triple success, so there's obviously safety in numbers! Ma got the all-clear on the bum cam, little sis can hear again and my ECG came back 'fine', and all in double-quick time.....hooray, 5* and a heart for Rake Lane Hospital!!!
