At the Rex

Normally a choir rehearsal evening but the men were rehearsing their work tonight so ladies had the night off. A few of us decided to go to the cinema. there is, in Berkhamsted, the most delightful cinema - Art Deco renovated - which is a cinema with a difference - bar, space, no popcorn and a more select audience (well, it is Berkhamsted after all!) You take your wine in and can sit at tables. blockbuster films are shown after they have finished at the Odeon or wherever. A great experience. We watched the secret Life of Walter Mitty.
