Black Duck at last

I don't know how many times we've attempted to find the Black Duck at Strontian, maybe this was our fourth visit and after five hours of checking all the Mallards it was looking like it was going to end up like the other three. We'd reached a natural point to head back to the Corran Ferry, but I wasn't going to give in that easily. High tide was approaching, so time for another circuit. Mrs L gave me the puppy dog eyes & pouted lips, but to no avail, another circuit was required. As you can see, the rest is history and will be added to the folklore of let's just drop in at Ythan, the King Eider may well have turned up.
