Should I stay or should I go

A cold breeze this morning and Juno was on acid and bounded about the place. The other dogs were in shock.

Work was an daze of independance.

Gave blood at lunchtime, quiet and speedy through the donation. Tea and biscuit after.

Cycled home and headed to coaching, tonight we did defending and shooting.

Physio tonight and calf muscles sorted out. Fell a sleep again.
