Car park at Stockport station.

The new car park at Stockport station. It's 10am and the car park is pretty packed - apart from all the empty disabled spaces on the 1st floor. And the 2nd. And the 3rd. Surely it can't be that hard to estimate the number of disabled spaces likely to be needed and add a suitable margin just in case?
