Day 13: Lucky to be...

An eventful day today. Went out for the club ride in good weather for a change. 13 of us set out and everything was great until we almost back home. Unfortunately one of the guys hit a deep pothole and came off his bike badly. An ambulance was called and thankfully whilst he was well and truly bashed up, things could have been worse. It was a quiet ride back home caught up in my thoughts about what had just happened.

Keep moving forward DA.

After getting home it was good to have some friends round for dinner so that I didn't over think things, and just enjoy the night celebrating the birth of my wee boy and my friends upcoming wedding.
