Candles!

Normal mad Thursday. Watched William swim half the width of the small pool doing butterfly, arms and all and he did so much better on his back.

I was also told that it is likely that he will be entered for his first ballet exam in June. The teachers are deciding who will be entered in the next two weeks and his teacher says he is more than capable of doing and passing it, if he concentrates and 'remains in the room'. Never thought of him as a daydreamer!

Carys is learning the dance the grade one exam entrées will do, but she is yet to be told if she will be entered. She has only been in the class a term and a half, whereas the others bar one have been doing it for four and a half terms, so I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't do it this time round and if she does she'll need to work on her head position.
