I'm Very Close to My Food

As I've mentioned before Jen has such a good eye for taking pictures of our food. This is another example of one of her shots but I've learnt a lot from her to get involved and in close with the dish. Doesn't it look so delicious (sorry you can't reach into the screen and taste it, it was very good!)

It is her take on a huevos rancheros stuffed in sweet potato skins. Nom!
